New horse boarding facility under construction. We have large indoor (90'x60')and outdoor arenas (75'x110')completed. There are large 10'x12' indoor stalls, a large tack room, and public restroom. (under construction) The stalls open in to the indoor arena and also to the turnout area. The pastures are large and seeded with a quality pasture mix. The fences are high visibility vinyl coated high strength steel electric wire. This is designed specifically for horse safety. We feed large round alfalfa mix bales through the cold season. There are onsite private trails that allow access to public land. We offer quality western pleasure riding lessons on your horses or ours by appointment. We are set in rural area on a dead end road in the extreme NE corner of Warren county. We are less than one mile off Highway 5. That is a 4 lane highway to the Des Moines metro bypass. The stable is 10 miles SE of Carlisle. Availability is limited and filling fast. We will always offer a competitive and fair rate. There is a lot to do and your input and desires can be considered and a part of our overall project.
